Services and Fees

Free Consultation

I offer a 15-minute no fee consultation, so we can meet, explore what to expect in counseling, what kind of support you're looking for, I can answer any questions you may have, and we can see if I can offer the type of service you are looking for.

Session Fees

15 minute initial consultation - No charge

90-minute individual intake assessment - $150

50-minute telehealth individual session - $125

15 minute additional session time increments, when urgently needed (as available) - $20.

No show or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged at the regular rate and are due before another session can be scheduled.

Payment in full is due at the time of service and a card is kept on file. Payments are charged at the conclusion of each session.

Insurance

I now accept Aetna, Cigna, Premera, and United Healthcare insurance and will bill claims on your behalf.

For other insurances, I am considered an out of network provider, and I cannot bill claims directly. You will be responsible for payment in full at the time of service. I provide monthly superbill with coding for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance.

I use a HIPAA compliant electronic health record (EHR) system.

I offer video sessions through a secure, HIPAA compliant video-conference platform.

On Call

If you know that you are likely to need frequent extra support outside of scheduled session I may not be the right fit for you at this time. I disclose this up front to ensure all of my clients are appropriate for the level of care I provide and I am happy to discuss this further in the initial consultation.
